TERMS & CONDITIONS:
All Helena Rubinstein products can be collected for recycling, except trial size, makeup bags, and sheet masks.
Only applicable to designated Helena Rubinstein Hong Kong boutiques and department stores, excluding department stores, Macau stores and Duty-Free shops.
Loyalty point reward is only applicable to Helena Rubinstein members who have purchased in the past 12 months.
Loyalty points earned from Helena Rubinstein’s recycling program is governed by the terms and conditions of Helena Rubinstein’s membership program.
Helena Rubinstein reserves the right to modify the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
In case of any dispute, the decision of Helena Rubinstein shall be final and conclusive.
The terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
